NEXGEN Recycling LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry / Accounts Payable Clerk. This role focuses primarily on entering invoices and data into QuickBooks Online and maintaining accurate vendor records. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working with high volumes of data.

This role focuses primarily on entering invoices and data into QuickBooks Online and maintaining accurate vendor records. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working with high volumes of data.
Responsibilities:
- Enter vendor invoices into QuickBooks Online accurately and timely
- Verify invoice details by comparing to original documents
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Create and update spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel
- Assist with basic accounts payable tasks and data tracking
- Communicate with team members regarding missing or incorrect information
- Retrieve and generate basic reports as needed
- Perform general administrative and data entry tasks
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous data entry or accounts payable experience preferred
- Required: Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills
Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
